Kids Martial Arts at Sport Relief

  Sport Relief is a charity aiming to bring the nation together to go the extra mile! It aims to get people active (something we at Total Dojo have always strived for through martial arts in milton keynes), raise cash and change lives. This year, Sainsburys asked if our children's martial arts demo team could perform and help them raise money outside their store in Bletchley. Diary of a young kickboxer

Freddie is one of our younger students who started in our kids martial arts classes last month.
