A really common question we get asked here at Total Dojo is am I too old to start martial arts classes. They mistakenly think they’re not fit enough, not strong enough and not flexible enough. Fortunately for then, its never too late to start. We have people in their 40s and 50s just starting out or getting back in shape.

For many of our older students kickboxing is a great way to get a work out, get in shape and have fun. Yes, martial arts classes are also about meeting new people and enjoying yourself!
Another common thing that interests our students (both old and young!) is Krav Maga self defence classes. For many this is something different that will keep you in shape and that is fun to learn.
